Re: Phantasy Star: It is totally possible to beat the Demon in the mayors office, if you are leveled up enough. You get 10 experience points for your trouble and get to continue your game. Its still a dream in the end. I have done it back in the day with no cheats. Have to try to do it in the Phantasy Star remake for PS2.
